The favourite haven for the Engineering and Banking students is Australia. Singapore is a major emerging study destination among the Indian students due to various reasons such as low cost and quality education at par with European countries, the US and the UK. Also, the country has location advantages as for many students; it is very close to home,” says Pooja.

One of the top countries to study abroad, the USA is, perhaps, one of the most sought after study abroad destinations for international students. With over 900,000 international students enrolled in its various universities, the country is, in fact, a dominant choice for students not just from India but also from other countries like China and South Korea. The USA boasts of some of the highly ranked institutions in the world like Harvard, Stanford, Princeton and MIT, to name a few; and these are just part of the over 4000 universities that attract international students from all over the world.
