About University of New South Wales

The University of New South Wales was established on July 1, 1949. It is also known as UNSW Sydney, and it is a public research university in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The total population of the university is more than 59,000, with a strong research community of 7,000. The main campus foundation of the institution is about 94 acres, which is located in Kensington, Sydney.

The acceptance rate of the University of New South Wales (UNSW) is 30%. Because of the low acceptance rate, applicants getting into the university is a little difficult compared to other institutions in Australia. The UNSW requires applicants to stabilize a GPA score of around 3.3 to get a chance for the application.
