It is challenging to underline only one good SAT score for all aspirants. A good score range may vary among students as per their goals and performance. On average, a score above 1200 is considered a good SAT score. An average SAT score is around 1050. However, this may vary every year. However, a student can up to 1600 as a maximum score.
An SAT superscore is the combination of a candidate's highest section scores across all the SAT exams in which they have appeared. For example, if a candidate has scored 80 points more in the Reading and Writing sections than the previous attempt, but 10 points less in the Maths section. Then his/her superscore will be a combination of the scores from the Math section on their first SAT and the Reading and Writing section on the second SAT.
Candidates who have not appeared for an SAT for more than a year then the College Board archives their SAT scores and certain information that have provided about themselves during testing. Candidates can order their SAT archived scores by phone or mail to send them to colleges, universities, and scholarship programmes. Candidates need to pay a USD 31 fee and the standard fee for additional score reports USD 12 to get their SAT scores.
The conducting body, the College Board, has provided two methods to share the SAT 2025 results with the universities. Candidates can select the universities/colleges at the time of SAT registration to send their SAT results automatically to the chosen college after the result declaration. However, students can also opt for paid regular score reporting options to send their scorecards to universities and colleges.

Two papers make up the Class 8 NMMS (National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship) exam:
The Mental Ability Test (MAT) measures a person's capacity for critical thought, reasoning, and problem-solving. It covers topics such as pattern recognition, numerical series, classifications, analogies, and more.
The Scholastic Aptitude Test, or SAT, assesses a candidate's general knowledge as well as their proficiency in science, math, and social studies. It centres on the academic material that students have studied.
While every state may have a unique curriculum and format, both exams usually feature multiple-choice questions (M CQs).
