USMLE Exam Centres 2025 India: The United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) is given to verify your conduction and allows you to practise medicine in the United States. It consists of three major steps and is sponsored by Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). Step 1 and Step 2 of the USMLE exam is conducted by the testing agency, Prometric, across various USMLE test centres in the world, including in India. The candidate has the option to select the Prometric testing centre of USMLE exam in the country of their residence. For USMLE Step 3, there are no international prometric test centres available. So, Prometric Testing Centre are available in major cities such as Gujrat, UP, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, and more for STEP 1 and STEP 2 exams. All centres are authorised by Prometric Testing Center Pvt Ltd.

USMLE Step 3 Test Centres

Step 3 of the USMLE 2025 will be administered only in the Prometric USMLE Step 3 test centres of the US and its territories. To find a Prometric testing center USMLE for Step 3, the applicant has to visit the respective Prometric USMLE website.

Steps to Select a USMLE Test Centre

  1. The Prometric USMLE test centres conduct different tests like USMLE, TOEFL, and GRE. Select “USMLE” from the given list of exams at the selected USLMLE prometric centres in India.

  2. The candidate has to select the USMLE step or USMLE practice exam.

  3. If Step 1 and Step 2 (CK) are selected, a list of countries will pop up. Select your country and state for USMLE Step 1 test centers and Step 2 (CK) on the respective prometric USMLE website.

  4. However, if Step 3 is selected, USMLE test centres 2025 in the US and its territories will be displayed and the candidate may select a suitable option.

Scheduling USMLE Test Centers 2025

  1. Issue of scheduling permit: The permit will be issued upon successful registration for the exam along with the eligibility period.

  2. Appointment Scheduling: After receiving a scheduling permit, the test can be scheduled online with Prometric. Applicants have to share their email ID and phone number to schedule the test on the Prometric USMLE website.
