Hello!

So with a NEET score of 360 you have chances of getting admission into private or semi government colleges for BPT. Getting government colleges in this rank is very difficult, it usually have higher cutt offs.

You can go for the colleges like DY Patil university, Amity University, SRM University, KJ Somaiya.

Hello,

At PSG College Coimbatore, medical admissions in MBBS are usually through government quota, management quota, and NRI quota. A NEET score of 418 under BC category might be a bit low for government quota at PSG, but management quota is a possibility. According to data last year’s closing NEET score for BC under management was around 460–480, but it varies. So in later rounds or mop-up, there might be a chance, but no guarantee. You’ll need to approach the college or authorized agents directly, as management seats are handled by the institution itself.

All the best!

Hi Ajay!

If you are interest in paramedical courses through NEET, there are several good options available in government colleges beyond MBBS and BDS.

Paramedical diploma and degree programs like BSc Nursing, BSc Medical Lab Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, and Radiography. Here’s a general approach to find government colleges accepting NEET for paramedical courses:

  • AIIMS  offers BSc Paramedical courses through separate AIIMS paramedical  enterance exams, but NEET is accepted in some states.

You can also explore state Government Colleges like:

  • Rajiv Gandhi Paramedical Institute (Delhi)
  • Government Medical College & Hospital (Chandigarh)
  • Madras Medical College (Tamil Nadu)

These institutions release their merit lists through NEET UG marks in state quota counselling. You need to participate in respective state counselling portals.

Hey Shoyab,

Thanks for reaching out!

Unfortunately, with 235 marks in NEET UG getting an MBBS free (government) seat is nearly impossible as cut-offs are much higher even for reserved categories. There may be a chance but it would be tough especially if you're from general category For management quota(b category,)seats in private colleges though fees will be higher.

You can explore alternatives like BHMS,BDS,BAMS or BPT.
