With a NEET score of 394 under OBC category, getting a government medical college seat for MBBS or BDS is unlikely as the cutoff is generally much higher. However, for paramedical courses some government colleges do consider NEET scores or conduct their own counselling. Your chances depend on the state quota, cutoff trends, and number of seats available. It is advisable to apply through your state counselling to know if you can get a government paramedical seat.

Since you are from Kerala (OBC) and you can apply under the All India quota by filling out the online form published by IGIMS. Check periodically on the IGIMS (https://www.igims.org/) official website for updates regarding admission and the counselling dates.
