Candidates who wish to reschedule their TOEFL iBT test registrations must apply for the same at least four days before the test date. The TOEFL rescheduling fees for Indian students is around Rs. 4,981 or USD 60. Students cannot reschedule the exam through email, or the test centre.
To reschedule the TOEFL exam, test-takers can either call their regional registration centre or can send their full name and appointment number to reschedule. Candidates can also log into their ETS account online and reschedule for any upcoming dates available.

All students are required to register for the TOEFL exam at least 4 days before their desired exam date to avoid paying the late registration fees. Candidates who do not complete their TOEFL registration before the deadline are required to pay a late registration fee of USD 40 (Rs. 3325.58).

TOEFL exam fee payment can also be made by UPI and Bharat QR payments including FreeCharge, PayZapp, Airtel Money, Google Pay, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Paytm, and many more.
Payment through Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) for Visa and MasterCard cards issued outside India will also be accepted.

TOEFL Fees for Cancellation of TOEFL Exam Date

Refunds are only provided for the TOEFL test fees and not provided for other services, such as preparation materials, or service fees.
Note: There will be no refunds for payments made in cash. All the refunds amount back to the original account through which the payment was made. Refunds are made in USD.
