Maastricht University offers UM High Potential Scholarships to outstanding international students from non-EU countries to pursue Master’s programmes and is one of the fully funded scholarships in Netherlands for international students. The candidate must apply for the scholarship along with an admission application at University of Maastricht. Only the candidates who get admission at the university will be considered for the scholarship.
This is a full term scholarship that is for 12 months for one year course. If the candidate is pursuing a two-year course, the award is extended for 24 months. The break-up of the scholarship:
Living expenses per month for 12 months: EUR765
Insurance for 12 months: EUR520 maximum

Tuition fee: EUR14,000 maximum
Radboud Scholarship is offered by Radboud University to international students from outside EU to study Master’s programme. One must comply with all Radboud Scholarship eligibility criteria to be considered.

These scholarships in Netherlands are a partially funded scholarship in Netherland (tuition fee waiver). The fee will be waived to the level of an EEA student. For example, the scholarship holder’s tuition fee will be waived from EUR 10,537 to EUR 1906. The University of Groningen offers Eric Bleumink Scholarships to the eligible candidates from developing countries to study one or two year master’s programme or four-year PhD programme.
