Holland Scholarship is now known as NL Scholarship. It is a partially funded government scholarship for international students from non-EEA countries seeking higher education in the Netherlands. Holland Scholarship Application Requirements

• Applicants must have applied for a full-time bachelor’s or master's course at a participating university in Netherlands.

• Candidates must be nationals of non-EEA countries.

• They must meet the specific requirements of the selected university. This may include interview screenings and entrance exams such as the SAT or ACT for undergraduates and the GRE or GMAT for graduates.

• Applicants must not have studied at an educational institution in the Netherlands before applying for a Holland scholarship.

How are candidates selected for Holland Scholarships?

Candidates for the Holland scholarship are individually selected based on their academic records and financial requirements. NL Scholarship Grants

The Holland Scholarships 2025 is not a fully funded scholarship. Hence, the scholarship is offered to cover the full or partial tuition fees for the first year of your intended course of study. Students are awarded a minimum of EUR 5,000 against the scholarship; however, they can be awarded more than that as well depending upon the institution.

• Erasmus University NL Scholarship: Varies; EUR 5,000 or 10,000 or 15,000 as per the faculty.

• Saxion University of Applied Sciences: EUR 5,000

• Utrecht University: The available scholarship amounts are EUR 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000.

• Leiden University: EUR 5,000

• Maastricht University Holland Grant: EUR 30,000 including tuition fee waiver and monthly stipend each year for the full course.
