    The advisory states that the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the regulatory authority of the Philippines, informed the Embassy that the MD programme offered by the CHED-recognised higher education institutions (HEIs) complies with the requirements specified under FMGL (foreign medical graduate licentiate), as follows.
