For the Uttar Pradesh (UP) scholarship program, the "last qualifying exam" eligibility criteria is to For Post-matric Scholarship (Other than 11th, 12th) The student needs to be in graduation in your case it is admission through jeecup and a student must have passed the most recent examination they were enrolled in to be considered for the scholarship; essentially, they need to have a passing grade in their latest completed academic level to qualify.so you are eligible for up scholarship program regardless of you have passed 10 and 12 exam from Nepal.
Additionally,The family income of the applicant must fall within the prescribed limit for their category. Annual household income from all sources cannot exceed Rs 2,00,000 for General/OBC/Minority and for SC/ST students it should not be more than Rs 2,50,000.
