Minimizing the duration of the graduate route visa: Earlier, for bachelors and master’s, the duration of the graduate route visa was 2 years, while it was 3 years for PhDs. It allows students to live, work and stay in the UK after completing their studies, but now it has been reduced to 18 months for all study levels.
Maximizing English language proficiency requirements: This requirement will be increased for all the visa routes, even for the dependents.
Longer settlement period: The time to obtain settled status will be increased from 5 to 10 years.
Dependents: Only those international students enrolled in PhD or research-based are allowed to bring dependents with them to the UK.
Financial requirements: The living cost requirements has increased to £1,334/month in London from £1,023/month.

Step by Step Process to Apply for UK Student Visa from India
Step 1: First, select the university that you want to apply to. Once your application is approved, you will receive the admission letter. Accept it and receive a CAS.
Step 2: Gather all the mandatory documents, and ensure everything is in the right format and certified, as required.
Step 3: Visit the official website of the UK government and upload the documents while filling the online visa application form.
Step 4: The next step is to make all the payments–the UK visa application fee and health surcharge.
Step 5: Schedule the biometric appointment as per your availability and visit the nearest VFS UK visa application center India to submit the required biometrics, passports and documents.
Step 6: Next, you need to track the visa application online with the help of your VFS reference number.
Step 7: Wait for the visa application process. It generally takes around 15 working days but if you can opt for priority or super-priority services by paying additional costs.

How Long Does a UK Student Visa Take from India?
The standard duration for UK students visa processing time is 15 days and there is no additional fee required. If you opt for priority services, then your visa approval will take only 5 days. However, you will have to pay an additional fee of INR 25,000. Similarly, if you opt for the super-priority services, then your visa will be processed in just a day. You will be required to pay approximately INR 95,000– INR 1,00,000 extra for this service. To avoid any hassles or delays in visa processing, ensure to apply at least 3 months from your course start date.

In the school level e face student has a gap period of 2 years then he or she will be allowed for taking admission in United Kingdom for higher studies. Baat inke supposed variation if there is a gap of 5 years in the graduation level then the candidate will be allowed for taking admission in post graduation in United Kingdom. As the rules permit your gap of 5 years for taking admission in prostation level then you are mostly eligible for taking admission in MSC courses in United Kingdom.
