PTE Scores 2025: Candidates can expect to receive their PTE scorecard within 48 hours after taking the PTE exam. International students can use the PTE scorecard to demonstrate their English language proficiency for an Australian visa. A minimum PTE score of 42 is generally accepted by the Australian government to enroll international students. For students who have completed at least 10 weeks of English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS), a minimum score of 36 is accepted by most universities. Whereas, a score of 30 is accepted if you do at least 20 weeks of ELICOS.
PTE Academic is accepted by 98% of UK universities. However, candidates must note that different universities have different requirements when it comes to PTE 2025 scores. A PTE score of 50 to 63 for undergraduate courses and 58 to 70 for master’s courses is often required by most UK universities.

Students are recommended not to accept paper or PDF copies of the score report and to directly access their PTE score 2025 from the official website.
