How to book accommodation at Northwestern University?
For undergraduate students
A housing contract is signed between the students and residential services.
The residential services assign a building and room based on the preferences shared.
Assignment notification is sent via email.
For graduate students
To apply for accommodation at Northwestern University, students have to log in with their NetID and password.
Then students have to select the appropriate link- (Graduate Housing for Engelhart/Garrett Place Apartments or McManus Center for Kellogg students).
Students will receive the notifications of their housing on their email id.
For Engelhart Hall, students have to submit $300 as a pre payment on Caesar.
For McManus Center, students will be randomly assigned a lottery number and apartments will be assigned as per the lottery number.
