  • GPA of at least B on a scale of A to F, or 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. They must get a total score of 55%, or a minimum of 4 on a scale of 1-9. 

  • Candidates who have completed the CBSE/CCE board must have at least a B1 on a scale of A1 to E.

  • The applicant must have obtained the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), or the HSSC, ISC, CBSE, or CISCE, depending on the examination body, and have to submit final official transcripts.

  • Students MUST satisfy the following minimal requirements for each section score on at least one test:

    • SAT Evidence-Based Reading & Writing Score - 490

    • ACT Section Scores Reading – 19 || English – 17

English language requirements 

If a non-English speaking student does not meet the SAT/ACT subsection requirement, they must take an English proficiency exam or finish the Intensive English Institute Academic Track. Swimming Pool

FAU has a 17,000 sq. ft. aquatic facility. The facility includes a zero-depth beach entry leisure pool, bench seating and three (3) 25-yard lanes for lap swimming. Florida Atlantic University has climate-controlled pool for comfortable year-round swimming. Chaise lounge chairs and comfortable patio furniture are also available.

Florida Atlantic University has a 13,000-square-foot fitness center, equipped with 60+ pieces of cardio machines, a fully equipped free weight room and multiple circuit training units. Various indoor and outdoor sports facilities like indoor basketball courts, synthetic turf field, an eight-lane performance track, athletics tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, outdoor basketball courts and many more. The campus also has a climbing center with a 35-foot climbing tower and 20-foot long bouldering wall.The climbing center is opened during climb hours and climbing club practices. Parking Facility

For parking a vehicle on the campus, students must have a valid ePermit. The ePermit is allowed for two vehicles, but students can park only one vehicle at a time. Commuter students can park in blue lots or in red lots between 6 p.m- 7 p.m. Resident students have to park in green lots or blue or red lots between 6 p.m- 7 p.m. Meters are reserved for visitors.
