    To be considered for admission, international students must meet the required academic requirements and provide proof of English language proficiency.

    The following are the A-level equivalents for Indian students: ICSE, CBSE: A*AA = 90%; AAA = 85%; AAB = 80%; and ABB/BBB = 75%.
    For postgraduate: Bachelor's degree holders are typically expected to have obtained 55%-60% or higher for 2:1 equivalency or 50%-55% for 2:1 equivalency depending on the awarding institution.

    The Birmingham city university will consider students who hold an honors degree from a recognized institution in the USA with a GPA of: 2.8 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) for entry to programs with a 2:2 requirement; and 3.2 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) for entry to programs with a 2:1 requirement.
