Ontario Tech University offers on-campus accommodation for all undergraduate and graduate students. The university has provided a large number of residence halls for students in two different locations: Simcoe Village and West Village. All the accommodation houses are located within walking distance from the main campus of the university. Therefore, students can easily access various facilities available at the campus. 

Central Hall, South Hall, and North Hall are three major residence halls provided at Simcoe Village. It is the largest of the two villages and can accommodate over 1,300 students. West Village provides apartment-style residence suites for upper-year students and offers three- and six-bedroom units for all students.
