The University of Newcastle Scholarship

The University of Newcastle is one of the more affordable study options in Australia. The institution offers a range of scholarships up to AUD 60,000, depending on the applicant's degree and duration of study. This will help reduce the cost of tuition and other study-related expenses. Each year, the university offers more than AUD 4 million in scholarships that are awarded to students and are designed to recognize achievement and support enthusiastic and dedicated students.

Scholarships for Indian international students:

  • India International Excellence Scholarship: These scholarships range from AUD 5,000–15,000 per year depending on academic merit.

  • South Asia Excellence Scholarship (including India): The scholarship is valued as up to AUD 50,000 depending on the length of your study. The scholarship value per year of full-time study is AUD 10,000.

Note: No need to apply - scholarships will be automatically awarded to students who have received an offer to study in an eligible, non-quota program and who will commence studying with the University of Newcastle.

New applicants must research the programs and verify their eligibility because the requirements for the degree programs at the University of Newcastle may vary based on the course requirements.
