Syracuse University admission process is simple and easy to follow. Syracuse University acceptance rate is 45-50%, which means that the university accepts almost 50 applications out of every 100 applicants each year. Students who wish to study in the US must check the academic and English language requirements of the course they want to pursue at Syracuse University. Syracuse University Admission Process: How to Apply?

The applicants can apply for the admission at Syracuse University by following the steps to apply, mentioned below. 

• Visit the official website of the University.

• Click on Apply given on the Homepage of the University.

• New page will open.

• Click on the link ‘Begin your Common Application’.

• Applicants can also apply through the Coalition Application (another option to facilitate the application process).

• Register by clicking on ‘create an account’ for new applicants.

• Login credentials will be sent to the registered email address of the applicant.

• Sign in to the account by using credentials.

• Fill the application and upload the scanned documents.

• Submit the application.

After the submission of the application, it will go through the verification process for 3–4 days. Once the verification is done, applicants will receive an email from the University with a temporary PIN and link to access their application portal. Applicants can check their application status via portal. For those who have not received this mail from the University even after two weeks, can email the University at orange@syr.edu. 

Application Fee for Syracuse University - Applicants are required to pay an application fee of 85 USD for both undergraduate and postgraduate admission to the university.

• Bachelor’s Degree required for PG Program.

Prior to submission, all documents must be,

1. Translated in English.

2. Bear the proper signatures and seal of the institution issuing it.

3. All the original academic transcripts need to be notarised by the respective Registrar’s Office.

4. The documents must be sent to Syracuse University in a sealed envelope directly from the institution.

In case the applicant does not have original documents, the certified copies can be submitted. Applicants applying for PG program can verify whether their degree is equivalent to the U.S. Bachelor’s Degree with the help of World Education Services (WES).

Syracuse University Application Deadlines - Students interested in admission to the university must submit the application before the deadline. The deadline for transfer applications is December 1, with a preferred date of November 15.
