the University for the Creative Arts is in the south of England, which is a specialised in art and design. When the Surrey Institute of Art and Design and Kent Institute of Art and Design combined in 2005, the University College for the Creative Arts was established in Canterbury, Epsom, Farnham, Maidstone, and Rochester. In 2008, it received university status, and the current name was adopted. It united with the Open College of the Arts in 2016.

There are four alternative accommodation options at UCA Epsom, all of which are within walking distance of the campus: Bradford House, Wilberforce Court, Crossways House, and Worple Road. The recently completed University Walk and the Student Village at UCA Farnham both have large dorms for students. Doust Way is one of the residence halls of UCA Rochester, and it's close to the campus.
