When the Surrey Institute of Art and Design and Kent Institute of Art and Design combined in 2005, the University College for the Creative Arts was established in Canterbury, Epsom, Farnham, Maidstone, and Rochester. The recently completed University Walk and the Student Village at UCA Farnham both have large dorms for students. Doust Way is one of the residence halls of UCA Rochester, and it's close to the campus.
