Northeastern University is a private educational institution and was established in 1898 in  London. Northeastern University Eligibility

Applications applying to Northeastern University must have the following eligibility depending on the course chosen:

All students must be at least 18 years old on September 1, 2023 or of the entry year.

Northeastern University Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses

If candidates are taking A Levels, the EB or the IB, they must refer to the entry requirements for the United Kingdom. They are required to have a score of a minimum of 85%.

Data Science

For Data Science programmes, students need to demonstrate a command over Mathematics. Those wishing to apply for Data Science must have achieved grade 4 or C in GCSE Mathematics, or the equivalent.

Northeastern University Campus Life

Every week, Northeastern University offers at least two activities for all students. Winter and summer balls, a Halloween murder mystery, film evenings, gaming mixers, LGBTQ+ nights, and pizza parties are some of the community-building activities hosted by college organisations for students living in studios.  Students have previously enjoyed smell diffuser workshops, jewellery-making, perfume combining, felting, tea blending, and wax seal workshops. The Northeastern University London campus provides a wide choice of sports outings, including football, climbing, hiking, and ice skating during Christmas. 

Students can also join sports teams through the student union at their institution. Furthermore, the university is close to London's Theatreland, where students can see award-winning musicals, ballets, operas, and plays, including Shakespeare's plays at The Globe. The institution also conducts visits to major London attractions such as the London Eye, Tower Bridge, Kensington Palace, Houses of Parliament, and museums such as the V&A, Tate, National Gallery, and the Van Gogh Exhibit.

iQ Aldgate

Northeastern University London has partnered with iQ Aldgate. It is a modern student accommodation with a vibrant and contemporary feel and is located within walking distance of campus. Chapter Spitalfields

This accommodation offers a modern student housing residence with live-in staff support to make connections within a multinational and multi-institutional community. Northeastern University also provides some alternative housing options, which are Mannequin House and Chester House.

Mannequin House - They offer a Mannequin House located within a 1-minute walk from Black horse Underground Station, available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Rents for this accommodation start from £245 per week for an ensuite room and from £335 per week per for a studio room.

Chester House - It is located in leafy Muswell Hill, North London, with easy direct transport connectivity across the city. Prices start from £189 per week for single rooms inclusive of dining.

How to Apply for Northeastern University Accommodation? 

All first-year students looking for accommodation at Northeastern University can follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Fill out the Housing Preference Form given by the institution. 

  2. Within 15 days applicants will receive an offer, and they will be required to pay a deposit amount of £200.

  3. After receiving the housing contract, students are provided 10 working days to review and accept or reject the terms of this contract.
