The various admission steps for the different programs at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University have been explained below.

For University Foundation Programs

Step 1: Candidates should start off by visiting the official website: https://english.spbstu.ru/education/programs/university-foundation-program/

Step 2: Next, they have to fill up the application form and submit an international passport photo page, and documents confirming their previous education and translation into Russian or English.

Step 3: Then, they will have to pass the admissions tests, and inform the Admission Manager.

Step 4: Next, they will have to complete the necessary application forms and get a contract by e-mail for training from their admission manager.

Step 5: Then the students will have to pay the training fees using the electronic payment method.

Step 6: Finally, after the admission of the students has been confirmed they will receive an entry order in the form of an email from their admission manager. 

For Bachelor's Degree Programs

Step 1: Candidates must start by visiting the official university website: https://english.spbstu.ru/education/admissions/bachelors-degree/

Step 2: Then they must start by completing the application form with details like gender, name, email address, and more.

Step 3: Then candidates must provide the application documents high school diploma or certificate with the list of grades, transcripts of records into Russian or English, International passport valid minimum for 2 years, TORFL certificate if applicable, etc.

Step 4: Next, they must pay the fees according to their program requirements.

Step 5: When they are selected the students will be informed about their admission.

For Master's Degree Programs

Step 1: Visit the official website: https://english.spbstu.ru/education/admissions/masters-degree/

Step 2: Then candidates must start with submitting the application form.

Step 3: Along with the application form they must submit application documents of the copy of international passport, educational document with a transcript of records,  educational document with a transcript of records into Russian or English Copy of TORFL certificate. 

Step 4: Next, they will have to sit for entrance exams depending on the selected program.

Step 5: Finally, students will have to clear off the fees, and wait for them to get selected.

For Ph.D. Programs

Step 1: Visit the official website of the university: https://english.spbstu.ru/education/admissions/phd-degree/

Step 2: Next, candidates will have to fill in all the required information in the application form.

Step 3: Then they must submit some important application documents along with the application form.

Step 4: Next, they have to appear for the entrance examinations related to the course.

Step 5: At the final step they will have to pay the fee, and wait for the information on their selection confirmation.

For International Students To Degree Programs

Step 1: Students can start by visiting the official website of the university: https://english.spbstu.ru/education/admissions/readmission-transfer/

Step 2: Next, candidates will have to contact the office via email to inform them about their application for transfer.

Step 3: Then they must submit some documents to the application manager.

Step 4: Next their application and documents will be reviewed by SPbPU institute that may take up to 3 weeks.

Step 5: Then the candidates will get a confirmation letter, and submit it to the passport and visa department.

Step 6: Next the students will give information about their arrival, dormitory check-in, and then get registered for migration.

Step 7: Then the students will have to provide a medical insurance certificate including life insurance, health insurance and repatriation.

Step 8: Finally to get enrolled the candidates will have to sign the new study contract, & readmission form, and pay the tuition fees,
