Tongarewa Scholarship
The Tongarewa Scholarship is offered to celebrate the University's commitment to its international student community This is a partial fee-based scholarship that will go towards tuition fees for one year of study. Applicants can be either entering their first year of an undergraduate degree or entering a postgraduate degree programme at Victoria University of Wellington. Scholarships are awarded competitively based on academic excellence. An amount of 5,000 USD or 10,000 USD will be awarded depending upon the student’s academic excellence.
Study Abroad Scholarship
The scholarship is available to students from any country who are interested in experiencing New Zealand culture through the Study Abroad and Exchange program at Victoria University of Wellington. Successful candidates are expected to participate in marketing activities to promote study abroad and exchange opportunities to Victoria University of Wellington students. Applicants' experiences, attributes, backgrounds, and academic achievements will be taken into consideration.
