    About Salisbury University

    Salisbury University was established in 1925 with the aim of delivering quality education to students belonging to different communities and backgrounds. The university was initially started as Maryland State Normal School which later got changed to Salisbury State University in 1988 and then to Salisbury University in 2001. The university administration makes sure to treat every student equally despite their caste, creed, colour, sex or religion. The university offers various undergraduate and graduate programmes across six different academic units including the Fulton School of Liberal Arts, Perdue School of Business, Henson School of Science and Technology, Seidel School of Education and Professional Studies, College of Health and Human Services, and SU Honors College.

    Salisbury University, Salisbury Admission Procedure-

    • Students who are interested in getting admissions need to create an account on the website of the university.
    • Students have to download the application forms from the portal of the university.
    • Application forms have to be submitted along with all documents and by paying the number of fees.
    • Students can also submit their ACT/SAT scores for getting admissions to undergraduate programmes.
    • For certain graduate programmes, students can also submit scores of GRE or GMAT scores.
    • Salisbury University admissions will be offered based on test scores, eligibility criteria, document verification, and fee payment.

    Salisbury University Eligibility

    • Students need to complete their high school for getting admissions to undergraduate programmes and for admissions to graduate programmes, candidates have to complete their undergraduate degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline from any recognised university or institute.
    • Transfer students also have to submit their transcripts from previous colleges.
    • International students should have English as their native language or else they need to submit scores of any English proficiency test such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System Academic (IELTS Academic).
    • Students can also submit scores of Salisbury University’s English Language Institute.

Both single occupancy and double occupancy rooms are available and students can get the rooms according to their choice and availability of rooms. Students have to apply on the housing portal of the university and rooms will be allotted to them based on the availability of rooms.

It also includes a 400-meter track, lighted intramural fields, two sand volleyball courts, and 12 tennis courts having plexi-pave surfaces with six lighted for night play.
