The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is a private research university that was established on June 12, 1829. In the fall of 2023, the total student population of Rochester Institute of Technology was 20,570, of whom 17,528 were undergraduates and 3,042 were graduates. For admission to graduate courses at Rochester Institute of Technology, applicants must possess an eligible bachelor's program certificate with a minimum aggregate of 70% or higher from a university with accreditation.
