    ISS Merit Scholarship

    ISS Merit Scholarship is offered to undergraduate students with a cumulative average GPA of 3.25 or above. An amount of 16,000 USD is awarded annually to qualified applicants, the scholarship offered is renewable for up to four years and requires a separate application.     The YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship program recognises international students with a vision for embracing intercultural understanding. ODU will offer two annual, renewable scholarships for up to four years of study that cover 50% of tuition at the time of initial enrollment. The scholarships are open to first-year international students admitted for undergraduate degree-seeking study in all academic majors and fields of study and applied to tuition costs at ODU. Applicants must submit a 500-1000 word written essay or a 2-5 minute video about their ideas for advancing intercultural learning and understanding at ODU
