Cleveland State University library is a four-floored building and is called Michael Schwartz Library. The library has all collections, books, ebooks, journal articles, audio/audio books, videos, research databases, research guides and many more. Quiet study spaces and collaborative study areas, support for teaching and learning and chat reference services are available. There are technology-enhanced group project rooms on the 1st floor, zoom rooms - for research consultations with librarians. The third floor is available for meditation, podcast studio, presentation practice, skype/zoom meeting. The fourth floor has a technology-enhanced student collaboration room. The library is equipped with computers. There are also other labs in the library. 

The third floor is equipped with many equipment like Anker Nebula Capsule Mini Digital Projector, Blue Yeti USB Microphone, Canon PowerShot digital cameras, Canon Vixia HF R800 videocamera, Headphones, Mi 360 Panoramic Camera kit, Roxant Pro Video Camera Stabilizer (handheld gimbal stabilizer), Sony ICD-SX700 Digital Recorder and MP3 Player, Educational games & kits, Posters, Puppets, Puzzles, Audio CDs, DVDs, VHS Tapes and many others.

Swim lessons at Cleveland University is available for people of all age groups. Personalised swimming instruction, expert instructors and coaches are provided. Swimming lessons are available as private swim lessons and semi-private swim lessons on a chargeable basis.

Free group fitness classes are conducted. For entry to the class, viking ID/membership ID is required. The group fitness classes include pilates, cycle, yoga, strength training, bollywood and many more. The classes are run by trained instructors. F45 training include HIIT, and circuit training styles with innovative technology. The Cleveland State University Rec Center has modern equipment for workout. There are 4 fitness studios, 2 weight rooms, a multi-purpose gym and main gym.

Cleveland University sports facilities include 2 basketball courts, 70 feet turf, squash and racquetball courts, outdoor green space, indoor track The university has sports clubs. These are student-run-organisations for recreations and competitions. Every student who have enrolled in minimum one credit hour at Cleveland State University are eligible to take part in sport clubs. Sport clubs compete in weekends and practice twice in a week. Cleveland State also conducts intramural sports programme. The programme provides a variety of leagues and tournaments.

Cleveland State has 9 garages and 13 surface lots. The garages are- central garage, east garage, middough garage, student center garage, main classroom garage, prospect garage, rec center garage, south garage, underground garage and west garage. Prepaid parking receipt or entry ticket has to be displayed while the vehicle is parked.

The Department of Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) of Cleveland State University has a rental van to service the community of the university. On-campus pick up and drop off facilities on a chargeable basis are provided by PTS. After-hours options for pick up and return are also available. The university transportation facility can be availed by students, employees and authorised affiliates. The vans are equipped with safety features, GPS navigation system and dashboard cameras.

The university cafeteria serves nutritionally dense whole foods lower in calories, saturated fat and sodium, food made with whole grain selections, vegetarian, vegan, plant-forward and special dietary need foods. Plant-forward dining includes vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds as the lead ingredients with small amounts of meat, fish or poultry and dairy food. Meal plans are also available at 12 locations across the campus. Meal Plan includes DB/Flex Term and Meal Swipes and there is no need to carry additional card or cash. The 12 dining locations are-

The university has an on-campus Health and Wellness Services Clinic. The campus also has nearby clinics like Cleveland Clinic's Downtown Express Care Clinic, St. Vincent Charity Medical Center Urgent Care, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Emergency Department. During the closed hours, students can contact the emergency number or visit the urgent care or minute clinic center for non-emergency situations. For any medical emergency, students can either call 911 or visit the nearby located emergency room. The medical services offered at Cleveland University Health & Wellness Services include primary and same day care, shots and immunizations, limited in-house pharmacy and lab services, health counselling and many more. The medical services is administered by certified nurse practitioners and doctors. 

The medical facility can be availed by Cleveland State students, staff and faculty members through appointment. The service is free of cost for most of the visits, while medications incur charges. Cleveland State University has also joined the JED Campus Programme. The programme deals with student mental health, substance abuse and suicide prevention efforts.
