The University of Kent is a public research university located in Kent, England. Founded in 1965, the university offers 237 undergraduate and 258 postgraduate programmes across its six colleges. The University of Kent is globally renowned for its academic excellence and research impact. University of Kent Eligibility

The University of Kent’s eligibility requirements vary depending on the course/s. Hence, students can check their eligibility under their selected degree course/s. However, the common eligibility criteria for Indian applicants across various degree programmes are listed here.

  • Completed class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 65% to 75% depending on the examination board (ISC/CBSE), however, some courses may have higher requirements.

  • Completed 3 or 4-year bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 out of 10 or 60% (equivalent to a 2:1 degree), or CGPA of 5.5 out of 10 or 55% (equivalent to a 2:2 degree).

Over 800,000 people visit the Templeman Library annually, which is open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week during the academic year. The Drill Hall Library is situated in North Road, Chatham, Kent, England, and is a part of the Universities at Medway, a trilateral collaboration of the Universities of Greenwich, Kent, and Canterbury Christ Church University on a single site. The Drill Hall Library is shared by the three universities.

The University of Kent provides accommodation to the students studying at Canterbury or Medway if applied before the deadline. It is provided to all new first-year students, and few returning students too.
