Students have the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics, including Italian Renaissance art, contemporary Brazilian cinema, medieval German folk tales, and socialist realism in Stalin's Russia. The Modern and Medieval Languages program at Cambridge also offers options in linguistics, allowing students to delve into the historical and cognitive aspects of the languages they are studying.
As part of the program, all students are required to study two languages. One of these languages can be learned from scratch, with the exception of French and Latin, which require A Level/IB Higher Level proficiency.
