Cesar Ritz Colleges, Brig-Glis was established in 1982 to offer education in hotel and tourism management. It has three campuses in Le Bouveret, Brig and Lucerne and is also a member school of the Swiss Education Group. Cesar Ritz Colleges offers three programmes at both undergraduate and graduate levels including Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management, Master of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurship and Certificate in Wine Business Management. It is accredited by the International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE) and is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

- Applicants must have English as their native language or else they need to submit scores of any of the English language tests such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System Academic (IELTS Academic).
- Scores submitted for the English proficiency test must not be more than two years old.
- For applying to master programmes, students must have an age of at least 21 years.
