About European University
European University is an authorised Higher Education Institution with the status of Educational University, established in 2011. By 2012, the University was implementing three Educational Programs: The Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, the Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, and the Master's Degree Program in Health Management. The European University is known to be one of the highly sought-after institutions for Medical Sciences in Georgia.
At present, three faculties operate at European University, namely:
- Faculty of Law, Education, Business and Technology
- Faculty of Medicine
- Faculty of Veterinary Medicine
European University aims for the development of all three faculties of Higher Educational Programs. It focuses on the implementation of innovative teaching and learning methods, promoting Scientific Research, strengthening the bond between students and staff, providing good infrastructure, etc. The University always strives to create a better learning environment for its students. European University has its own University-based TOEFL iBT test centre to test Students’ English Language Proficiency.
The Faculty of Medicine of the European University has been operating since 2014. The faculty aims to ensure the learning and training of students in the field of health care in theoretical and practical domains. The Faculty of Medicine has cooperation agreements with about 60 clinics in Georgia and Medical Universities from different countries around the world. This provides students with the opportunity to do clinical practice at various University Clinics around the World.
The Faculty of Medicine at European University offers four One-Cycle Educational Programs and one Bachelor Program.
The Faculty also comprises the Research Institute of Medicine, which operates based on the National Center for Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases. The Institute publishes a scientific journal - the Journal of Biomedicine and Medical Sciences, which is a peer-reviewed journal. Articles are published by scientists in the areas of medicine, dentistry, health care, biochemistry and other related areas. The Research Institute of Medicine plays a vital role in conducting many kinds of research based on healthcare developments.

European University has three faculties working under it, namely, Faculty of Law, Education, Business and Technology, Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The University offers the Medicine and Dental Medicine Program in English Language, which brings in a good amount of international students to the University. European University Admission and Application
The admission process of the European University is simple and basic. To get admission to the University Educational Programs, students have to pass the Unified National Examinations, defined as per the University Norms. The programs offered by the University in English Language for International Students are- Medicine and Dental Medicine.
To get admission at the European University, an applicant is required to take the Unified National Exams, which is the University Entrance Exam conducted for Medicine and Dental Medicine Programs.
To qualify the Unified National Exams, the entrant is required to get passed in the given subjects:
Georgian language and literature, English language with a minimum of 80% scores, and Biology.
One of these: Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics with a minimum score of 40%, 30%, and 30% respectively.
Students with English Language proficiency at B2 level are eligible to study at the European University without passing the Unified National Examinations.
Application Process for European University Medical Program
The Application Process for admission to European University is given below:
In the first step, visit the official website of the European University at eu.edu.ge.
Applicants will find the application form at the University's official website.
Fill in all the personal details such as name, DoB, e-mail id etc.
Applicant must have a Gmail Account, as defined by the University.
Scan and upload all the required documents via the upload link.
Click on the Submit button after filling in the application form.
Take the printout of the filled-in application form for future reference.
The submitted documents will go through the verification process.
An online interview will be conducted to determine the eligibility of the applicant.
The applicant will obtain the right to study from the University(based on Unified National Examinations).
In the next step, the applicant will sign an agreement, after which the applicant pays the Tuition Fee.

The eligibility criteria for applying to the European University is given below:
The candidate must be 17 years of age or should be 17 by 31st December of the Admission year.
