David Tvildiani Medical University was established in 1989 in the name of AIETI Medical School, by Scientist and Academician David Tvildiani and his son, Dr. Dimitry Tvildiani. 2. Personal Statement
The Personal Statement should be handwritten and must include:
Full name of the applicant.
Reasons for applicant’s decision to pursue Medical Field such as why the applicant wants to be a healthcare professional.
Applicant’s personal story of interests, achievements, hobbies, hardships etc.
The length of the Personal Statement should be 1 or 2 pages.
3. Two Letters Of Recommendation
The applicant must submit two Letters of Recommendation.
At least one of the LOR must be from a teacher/professor who has taught the applicant and is well aware of the applicant’s academic performance and abilities.
The David Tvildiani Medical University application fee is $50. The application fee can be paid in the form of a cheque or money order payable to DTMU. Application fee payment in cash is not allowed.
