About University of Quebec

The University of Quebec was established in the year 1969 by the government of Quebec. Situated centrally between Montreal’s liveliest districts: the Quartier Latin and the Quartier des Spectacles is an exciting and dynamic educational institution in Canada. University of Quebec Scholarship

The University of Quebec has introduced various scholarship programme to support talented international candidates in their university studies. Eligible candidates are selected on the basis of their academic assessment and can get an exemption from the tuition fees normally charged to international students. To support brilliant minds to fulfill their educational mission is the core aim of the University of Quebec scholarship. International students can also apply for various external scholarships to study at the University of Quebec. 

Fondation De L’uqam Scholarships: The Fondation de l’UQAM awards over 1000 scholarships to students studying in different courses at UQAM. The international students receive an amount of $13,500 from the university to continue their studies at the university campus. 

Financial Support For International Graduate Students: The graduate students are offered various scholarships and funding from the university to pursue their studies at the UQAM campus. The university offers a total of $4,000 in scholarships for master's degree students along with the additional tuition fee exemptions for international students. 

Financial Support For International Doctoral Students: Over the duration of their studies, international PhD students receive financial aid totaling $49,000. Also, UQAM offers various differential fee exemptions for international PhD students over their period of study.
