How to Book PTE Exam Dates 2025?
The PTE academic test dates 2025 can be booked in online mode on the official website. Candidates must book these PTE dates well in advance to avoid any inconvenience. An important instruction for candidates while booking PTE test dates is to also check the availability of time slots.
Candidates must make sure that the details entered during PTE registration are correct and same as mentioned in their passport. Also, check the PTE eligibility Criteria before applying. Below are the step-by-step guidelines on how to schedule the PTE exam 2025.
Step 1: To schedule a test, first finalise which test you want to take, and an estimated date and time.
Step 2: Visit the official website: www.pearsonpte.com. Now click on the ‘Book Test’.
Step 3: Select the country where you want to go, if not sure then click on ‘I am not sure’ followed by the purpose of taking the test.
Step 4: Select the PTE test type, and click on ‘check availability and book’.
Step 5: Check the availability of the test centre and test dates and click on ‘book now’.
Step 6: Sign in and fill in all the required details.
Step 7: Pay the PTE application fees to schedule the PTE exam.

Candidates are required to pay the full registration fee during the PTE test date booking. The PTE exam fee payment can be done through a range of methods like credit card, debit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Below are the PTE fees for each test type.

Rescheduling of PTE Exam Dates 2025
Candidates can reschedule their PTE exam dates 14 days before the scheduled exam. The ‘Reschedule’ tab will not be available on the candidates portal, if less than 14 days are left for the examination. Candidates are allowed to reschedule the exam only 6 times.
Can I reschedule my PTE exam due to an emergency?
Yes, candidates can reschedule their exam even if there are less than 14 days left for the exam if there is any medical issue or family emergency. They need to fill the form for e ‘Request Emergency Reschedule’ and submit it with proper documentation or evidence.
Cancellation of PTE Exam Dates 2025
If a candidate wants to cancel the PTE exam for any reason, then they can do so only before 14 days of the exam. Full refund of PTE exam fee will be given to the candidate if the exam is cancelled before 14 days. 50 per cent of the fees will be refunded if the candidate cancels the exam 13 to 8 full calendar days before the test. No refund will be given to the candidate if they cancel the exam 7 days before the scheduled exam.
