Test of English as Foreign Language
Hello Aspirant,
Hope your doing good!
The TOEFL is more commonly accepted by American institutions, while the IELTS is more commonly accepted overseas, but many schools accept scores from either exam. ... Generally speaking, the majority of United States schools surveyed stated they preferred TOEFL scores over scores of other English-language tests.
PTE Academic, IELTS Academic or IELTS General? If IELTS General, choose IELTS General. It's easier.
A key difference between the exams is that, for the Reading and Listening sections, you’ll have to write your own answers for many of the questions on the IELTS, while all the answer choices will be given to you on the TOEFL. The TOEFL questions on these sections are not all multiple-choice, but most of them are, and for the ones that aren’t, you won’t have to produce your own answers.
The TOEFL and IELTS are the two most commonly administered English language proficiency exams. Both test the same four areas: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing, but the tests vary in terms of format and the way they test skills.

Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
Now let's go through your question.
Basically GRE is a graduate school entrance exam while the TOEFL is a test of your English language skills.
Schools want to see GRE scores to make sure you can handle graduate-level coursework, and they want to see TOEFL scores to make sure your English skills are strong enough to do well at an English-speaking school. The many differences between the two exams are the direct result of these different purposes.
Take the GRE if you’re applying to a graduate school. Most graduate programs, particularly those that are research-based require or highly recommended GRE scores.
Take the TOEFL if English is not your native language and you didn’t graduate from a high school or undergrad program where English was the sole language of instruction.
Thank You & All the best!

There’s no specific eligiblity one should have while giving the SAT, but you must atleast be 15 years or above. Any high school student above the age 15 is eligible to register for the test and take it as any normal exam.
So you can attempt this exam.
Hope you would crack the exam with good marks.
Hope you got the answer you are looking for thank-you
Hello Shweta, scores between 85-90 in TOEFL are considered as pretty good for getting good colleges abroad. But keep in mind that, you can't be admitted only on the basis of TOEFL marks. If you are looking for a technical degree in the USA, you should take the SAT exam to prove your skills. TOEFL is just a language proficiency test.
