There’s no specific eligiblity one should have while giving the SAT, but you must atleast be 15 years or above. Any high school student above the age 15 is eligible to register for the test and take it as any normal exam.

Hello Shweta, scores between 85-90 in TOEFL are considered as pretty good for getting good colleges abroad. But keep in mind that, you can't be admitted only on the basis of TOEFL marks. If you are looking for a technical degree in the USA, you should take the SAT exam
