MCAT is for Candidates who want to pursue Medicine in the United States, Canada, Carribean islands and Australia. If you are from India, you need to complete your 12th with Physucs, Chemistry, Biology and English as your core subjects and then appear for NEET. Because qualifying in NEET is mandatory even for students who want to study MBBS abroad. Once you qualify in NEET, you can appear for MCAT and then start the process for applying to study Medicine in any of these Countries.
Well I would like to inform you that USA does not have MBBS program for medical education. They have MD program in which admission is possible only after completing undergraduate studies with pre medicine track. So you need to first complete your bachelor's and that too with pre medicine track and then apply for MD program by giving the MCAT exam.

Hello Aspirant,
Here you have not mentioned in which subjects you have passed 12th standard. You are planning for graduation, therefore, I must appreciate your gesture towards your career planning. For your graduation, you may choose any one out of many streams such as science (biology), science (non biology), arts, commerce, BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), BBM (Bachelor of Business Management), BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application). You should choose subject of graduation, which is close to your heart and the subject/s you understand better. The choice of subject for graduation will depend upon the subjects you have studied in your HSC. Now concerned to your marks in 12th standard, 52% marks are less for good institutions. But now a days there are many private colleges and institutes and universities, which offer many career oriented courses. You could try in such institutions, but you have to see the minimum marks required by the university.
GOOD LUCK!
