Aarthi, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical,Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. Now NEET is also mandatory to study MBBS abroad. This is the requisite for you as an Indian Citizen to study MBBS abroad. And MCAT is a requisite by countries like Australia, Canada, US etc to check your readiness and knowledge to study Medicine in their country. It is their requisite. So you have to appear for both NEET and MCAT.
Hii Chaitanya!
Your question is quite unclear. But, let me tell you that, to apply for MCAT examination, the registration fee is $ 310. This is approximately INR 25,750. The rest of the cost of studies for 1 year in foreign university depends on the College you get according to the marks obtained in the exam. You can check out the fees by visiting the official Website of the respective Colleges you are interested in.
Hope this helps.

Well as far as I know then a student need to complete a bachelor's degree with the pre medicine track in order to eligible for medical school and then they take MCAT for admission in medical courses. Diploma is not appropriate and you need the pre med track of course.
MCAT is for Candidates who want to pursue Medicine in the United States, Canada, Carribean islands and Australia. If you are from India, you need to complete your 12th with Physucs, Chemistry, Biology and English as your core subjects and then appear for NEET. Because qualifying in NEET is mandatory even for students who want to study MBBS abroad. Once you qualify in NEET, you can appear for MCAT and then start the process for applying to study Medicine in any of these Countries.
Well I would like to inform you that USA does not have MBBS program for medical education. They have MD program in which admission is possible only after completing undergraduate studies with pre medicine track. So you need to first complete your bachelor's and that too with pre medicine track and then apply for MD program by giving the MCAT exam.
