See what i believe that you should go with the course which you like to study in next four years. Both colleges are well developed . you can't differentiate much n between them. It is true that NIT Trichy is slightly better than Anna university , but if you get better branch in Anna University then you should go for it.

In the previous year, the cut off marks or lowest marks admitted under AIQ was 438 for SC category.  So considering that you have some chances of getting admission in a government college for MBBS course. Though the cut off marks may rise to some extent due to marks inflation this year.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in JEE Main examination after completion of your 12th standard from NIOS Board.

Candidates who have completed 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognized board are eligible to appear in JEE Main examination. Only candidates who have appeared, qualified and secured top 1,50,000 rank in JEE Main examination are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination.
