The United States Medical Licensing Examination(USMLE) is 3 step exam for medical candidate to practice in the US. MD degree physicians must pass this exam to practice medicine in the US. But if one is not US/Canadian trained then that person cannot take the USMLE part 2 without getting through the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. After you pass the USMLE 2, you need to do 3 years training. After you pass USMLE part 3 and complete a US residency, you may get job in US.
Types of job opportubities:-
In surgery residency program, the applicant can enter into super speciality surgical branches.
In radiology residency, it involves CT, MRI and USG and later into radiology.

USMLE 2019 regustration basic requirement is to get ECFMG certufication. for that you have to fill a few queries on the USMLE application form 2019 for ECFMG certification. The steps are as follows:
(1) Identity confirmation
(2) Contact information
(3) Proof of having graduated or enrolled in a medical school listed in World Directory of Medical Schools.
You can apply for USMLE registration 2019 once you have received the ECFMG certification. International aspirants are required to apply for USMLE 2019 through the IWA. Candidates can register for USMLE 2019 registration for Step 1 and Step 2 (CK and CS) through ECFMG.

Hey there USMLE stands for United States Medical Licensing Exam and it consists of 3 steps, Step 1 that tests your basic science knowledge , so you must read your subjects till 2nd year MBBS except forensic medicine and additionally read biostatistics and behavioural science ,then the step 2 with CK exam and CS exam which is for theory and practical respectively and they test your clinical subjects and they are the ones you learn in the 3rd and 4th year, and Step 3 is something you can give even as you do PG /Residency in USA,it will test your whole medical knowledge and the experience you gain from practising,hope this helps , good luck
