i want to know universities in US for food technology that do not require gre and only require toefl and gpa

Bedasree 13th Nov, 2017

Hi Anushka,

Most of the US universities offering masters in food science/technology require GRE scores. Some of the best in this maybe Wyoming university, Idaho, Oklahama state university. You can refer to rankings for the same. Irrespective of whether or not you go through GRE you have to submit TOEFL( english proficiency) and GPA( academic qualification)  scores.

Good Luck!

If I scored good in SAT ACT and TOEFL...how much my low highschool performance in India will affect my admission in US universities?

Anonymous 20th Mar, 2017

Hi, Yes it shall affect your academic performance in school. Though it varies in universities abroad as all have their own parameters. One has to aim for high grades in school specially class 10th, 12th. Apart from this partcipation in some extracurricular activities in the school or even outside shall help you to build up interesting profile. If you can get recognition from some sort of national or international competition (esp. international olympiad or international research competition), that will help your chances a lot. So this is how much it matters.
