You must Give both the exams Gre and Toefl to do MS and TOEFL isn't required if you're the US Citizen and there are only a few colleges accept either Gre or Toefl.

There is as such no eligibility criteria for TOFEL exam.

Eligibility criteria varies as per the university you wish to apply for. So, you have to check the eligibility criteria of the university in which you want to apply for.

Hi there!

The TOEFL Test has 4 sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. During the test, you'll perform tasks that combine these 4 English communication skills, such as:

• read, listen and then speak in response to a question
• listen and then speak in response to a question
• read, listen and then write in response to a question

The total test takes about 3 hours to complete, but you should plan for 3½ hours, allowing 30 minutes for check in.

In order to start your preparation for TOFEL you should be aware of the format of the exam. 

You should start reading to practice for reading section.  Read some passages and answer questions related to them. 

Work on your vocabulary. You should also practice to listen the English .Speak in english language to others. 

Work on your time management. Solve as many as practice papers for your preparation and to analyse your preparation level at regular interval of time.

The MS in Business Analytics program at Texas Arlington is very competitive. The university website mentions that, unless you have a UGPA of 3 and above, you will need to send in your GRE or GPA scores. Though no minimum scores are required,  these scores are considered average. GMAT = 400-550] [ GRE = 250-300]."
