Pearson Test of English Academic is a computer based academic english language test aimed at non- native english speakers wanting to study abroad. IT tests reading, writing, listening and speaking.

The PTE academic score report includes your overall score, communicative skills score and enabling skills score. The overall score represents your overall english language ability. The range of overall score is between 10-90 points.

You are surely eligible for admission in German universities, however, different universities have different criterias for determining your eligibility; depending on the college you are planning to apply to. Hence, it is advised to visit the college's (in which you are planning to apply to) website and check the same.

Your GRE and IELTS score shouldn't be a problem but the college authorities might ask for the reason behind that drop or you can include the reason in your application as well, as an additional note, to give them an insight into your situation and so that it isn't reflected badly on you and your application, if you have a genuine reason behind that.
