This is percentile and the ranks and marks would be given or declared after april session of the exam so you have to wait until that.
As 33 percentilr is very less you cab give another attempt and score more marks to get a good seat.

PTE was originated in Australia and every college in Australia is accepting PTE but as for Canada PTE is not accepted there it might take a couple of years for colleges in Canada to accept PTE by the it is expanding in the world UK and US also started accepting PTE.
