528 is the highest possible MCAT score, which corresponds to the 99.9th percentile. Anything above a 520 is a 99th percentile score or higher.

Since you have completed high school in India and now you plan to pursue medical studies in USA, you need to first enroll yourself in an undergraduate program of whichever major you wish but preferably related to biological sciences along with the pre medicine track. Once you are done with four years of undergraduate degree course, you can give MCAT to get admission in medical schools for MD program.

To do medicine in Canada, you need to be a undergraduate degree holder in any subject of your choice along with the pre medicine track which is a mandatory criteria for applying to medical schools. Once you are done with that, then you can give MCAT exam and can further apply for Canadian medical schools to complete MD degree course before going for residency program.

If that student or aspirant is from US or Canada then he can sit for the exam only if he have an UG degree.However for other international students they must have completed MBBS degree in order to sit for MCAT exam.However,students taking MCAT for purposes other than pursuing a career in medicine are required to get special permission from AAMC authorities.

- For International candidates, It is mandatory to be pursuing or have the MBBS degree.
So, being a PhD even cannot make to eligible to appear for the MCAT. MCAT is conducted for admission into the DO, MD, DPM and DVM programs.
