Hi aspirant, GRE, GMAT and GATE all are best exams, GRE and GMAT both are easy paper then GATE. GATE is difficult paper but if you qualify the exam you will get the stipend while you are doing MTech. and you can also get the PSU jobs with good salaries.

You must Give both the exams Gre and Toefl to do MS and TOEFL isn't required if you're the US Citizen and there are only a few colleges accept either Gre or Toefl.

Scholarsip depends on your overall profile i.e. GRE , TOEFL, Btech grades and projects - experience etc. There is no cutoff for scholarship. There are some minimum requirements for various scholarships. Check out QS Website for Scholarship and do check the "Out of State scholarship for MS".
