To get into a medical school in USA you need to have the following eligibility criteria

1. Graduate with an undergraduate degree with pre medicine track.

2. Given MCAT exam

After this you apply and get selected in any medical school in USA. After your MD program for four years, you start your residency where you choose the specialisation over the course of residency program.

Foreign universities like harvard dont give admission only on based of academics score , academics score matters no doubt but only upto level . Things which are considered mainly are extracircular activities ,STATEMENT OF PURPOSE(what you will to their university and country), Letter of recommendation and yes good band in proficiency test like ILETS . Harvard universities is very top notch and competition is very high , thats y make other backups too.

First of all to give sat you need to have proper strategy.T o get admission at some of the top Ivy league colleges, you will require to have an excellent score in your SAT exam as well as have a high GPA in your college academics. Along with marks and scores, you will also be required to have good knowledge in your respective course as well as have a good internship to support it. One of the other requirements is, LOPs and SOPs, which is required to be attested by your teachers in college, who have taught you subjects along the duration of your course.

see SAT exam is not a college admission exam, SAT is a standardized test which score is  used for college admissions in the United States, based on SAT score you would be eligible to select college, however at the time of admission you have to satisfy the particular college eligibility criteria to become eligible for admission. the degree course offered by USA colleges is 2 years or 4 years.

2 years course is called associated degree and offered by junior or community colleges.

where 4 years degree courses is called bachelors like b.a or b.sc and offered by state university. subjects available on health science, physical science, life science, fine arts, business management and so on.

The SAT is a standardized test process widely used for college admissions in the United States. students from different country may appear in this exam from their nearest sat exam center location, there is no specific education criteria to appear in SAT exam. students who are in high school , currently studying in 11 th or 12 th standard from a recognized education board,  may appear in SAT exam. SAT exam is conducted 5 times a year in India,generally in the months of March, May, August, October, and December. there is no restriction like number of attempts for SAT exam.
