These scores are required by most reputed universities. TOEFL/IELTS is a basic language proficiency test to be able to communicate in English while abroad, and has nothing to do with what you want to study.
For an MS, though, GMAT is not required. GMAT is for an MBA.

GRE is both computer based and pen- paper based test. Candidates can take the computer based test once in every 21 days from the day of the exam. The exam duration is 3 hours and 45 minutes.

There is no specific dates for the same as you can take the exam as per your requirement as you can take the GRE 2018 once every 21 days, up to five times within a 12-month period.
