A BTech is a bachelor's degree, and you cannot do a Master's in that. The equivalent Master's degree is an MTech.

To give the GRE, check the subject you want to clear and be thorough with the syllabus. You can enrol in coaching institutes and take mock exams

There are no prerequisites for giving the GRE exam therefore you will be eligible. 

On the other hand, you do not generally need GRE scores in order to apply for MS in Germany.
