I checked but the exact cutoff rank list for Sancheti College of Physiotherapy Pune for the last 5 years is not available publicly. The college takes admission for BPT through NEET scores under Maharashtra state counselling. From the information available, students who scored around 440 marks in NEET in recent years had a chance of admission in Sancheti College.
If you want the exact year-wise cutoff for different categories, you will need to check the Maharashtra CET Cell counselling reports or contact the college admission office directly.

With a NEET score of 394, the chance of getting a seat in Sairam Siddha Medical College through state government quota is very low. Usually, the government quota cutoffs for Siddha, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy medical colleges are higher, especially in Tamil Nadu. For government quota, the cutoffs for Siddha in recent years have been around 500 or above for the most demanded colleges, and for private Siddha colleges under government quota it is generally above 420–450 depending on the category.
With 394 marks, you may still have a chance in private quota seats, but government quota is difficult unless you belong to a reserved category where the cutoff is lower.
